Make a homemade burrito

Burritos are wonderful creations.

So much food and taste wrapped conveniently in a tortilla. You can then top it with even more substance and flavor by adding salsa, cheese, and sour cream. It’s very rewarding to make burritos. I made three, large burritos in one event. It took me one hour and less than $5 of ingredients. I ate one immediately but saved the other two for lunch at work.

Homemade burrito

There’s really no recipe to make a burrito. Cook some meat with spices (taco mix works great), cut some veggies (including jalapenos), stir some refried beans, dump some cheese, and throw it all into a huge tortilla (my friend Josh suggests steaming the tortilla so it stretches over all your food). I find stuffing the tortilla and still being able to close it the hardest part.
